As you may know Chris and I are getting prepared to move. We are building a house which should be done in April or May. We just sold our house and so we are moving into a rental temporarily. Coordinating this move and being parents to a newborn has definitely been challenging. Thankfully, Riley takes some good naps during the day which allows time to pack.
This past month has gone by sooooo fast. It really seems like it was just 1 month yesterday! Riley is smiling up a storm now and likes to talk. Especially to inanimate objects. I swear the dogs on her pack-n-play mobile know everything about her. And because she doesn't really remember things she might have told them her life story more than once :)
It does truly feel like Mom & Dad have started learning what Riley needs...so we have less tears and more laughter!!! Riley is a little show-off and loves to perform her tricks for visitors making everyone she meets fall in love with her.

Here are some recent pictures. Chris and I played in a soccer tournament last week and it was freezing (literally). On Sunday it was actually 29 degrees (it did warm up more later). We had a winter snowsuit that Paula's mom had bought Riley for her trip to Pennslyvania at Christmastime. It was actually so warm in PA that Riley never wore it...so the cold weather in Phoenix was the perfect opportunity. Has anyone seen A Christmas Story?
Chris' mom's friend made Riley's hat...isn't it cool?!
